The facility is located on the first floor of the DB Museum and one of the audience favorites in Nuremberg. The model shows a lot of detail in 1:87 scale. The journey of over thirty train goes over hill and dale, through tunnels and stations. You can see steam locomotives, diesel and electric locomotives, different coaches and railcars of various series. The "duty dispatcher" controls the movement of trains from an original switchboard and demonstrates modern train and shunting. Visitors experience in small format, which is a block system, and is constructed like a freight train in the yard. Modern video technology makes the operation of trains experienced up close.
